Dental Cleaning

Deep Cleaning / Scaling & Root Planing

For patients with periodontal disease, a regular cleaning may not be enough.

Scaling and root planning removes plaque, tartar, and bacterial deposits from below the gumline and around the roots of the teeth to help control periodontal disease.

Periodontal Treatment

Depending on the severity and type of gum disease, additional periodontal treatment may be recommended to help control infection, preserve supporting structures, and improve long-term oral health.

RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY

Composite Fillings

Tooth-colored composite restorations are commonly used to repair teeth affected by cavities, small fractures, or other minor structural damage.

The objective is to restore the tooth while preserving as much healthy tooth structure as reasonably possible.

Dental Build-Ups

When a tooth has lost a significant amount of structure because of decay, fracture, or previous treatment, a build-up may be necessary to reconstruct the tooth before placing a crown.

Dental Crowns

ENDODONTICS

Root Canal Treatment

A root canal may be necessary when the pulp—the tissue inside the tooth—becomes infected or irreversibly damaged due to deep decay, trauma, cracks, or other causes.

During treatment, the affected tissue is removed, the internal portion of the tooth is cleaned and disinfected, and the canals are sealed.

Whenever appropriate, root canal therapy can help preserve a natural tooth that might otherwise need to be extracted.

Post & Core

After root canal treatment, some teeth may require additional internal support before they can be restored.

A post is not automatically necessary after every root canal. The doctor determines whether one is appropriate based on how much healthy tooth structure remains and other clinical factors.

ORAL SURGERY

Dental Extractions

When a tooth cannot reasonably be restored or when extraction is otherwise clinically indicated, our dental team can remove the affected tooth and discuss appropriate options for what comes next.

Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Wisdom teeth may require removal when they are impacted, infected, causing pain, damaging neighboring teeth, or creating other oral health concerns.

Evaluation and appropriate imaging help determine whether extraction is necessary and the complexity of the procedure.

DENTAL IMPLANTS

Single Dental Implants

A dental implant can be used to replace a missing tooth without relying on neighboring natural teeth for support.

The implant is placed in the jawbone and, after appropriate healing and integration, can support a dental crown.

Successful implant treatment requires careful evaluation of bone, gums, bite, overall health, and other individual factors.

Multiple Dental Implants

For patients missing several teeth, implants may be strategically positioned to support multiple restorations.

This can sometimes reduce the number of individual implants required while restoring function and appearance.

Implant-Supported Bridges

Instead of using natural teeth as support, a bridge may be supported by dental implants.

This option may be considered for patients missing several adjacent teeth.

FULL-ARCH IMPLANT DENTISTRY

All-on-4 / Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation

For patients who have lost most or all of their teeth—or whose remaining teeth have a poor prognosis—full-arch implant treatment may be considered.

A carefully planned number of implants is used to support a full dental prosthesis.

However, full-arch rehabilitation is not automatically the right treatment for every patient with damaged teeth.

Before recommending removal of remaining natural teeth, our dental professionals evaluate their condition and whether reasonable options exist to preserve them.

COSMETIC DENTISTRY

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin ceramic restorations placed over the visible surface of selected teeth to modify characteristics such as shape, size, proportion, color, or symmetry.

Veneers can create beautiful results when properly indicated, but they are not necessary for every cosmetic concern.

Before recommending veneers, we consider the health of the teeth and gums, bite, existing tooth structure, and whether a more conservative alternative may achieve the desired result.

Composite Veneers / Dental Bonding

Composite resin can be used to modify the shape, proportion, or appearance of selected teeth.

Because treatment can sometimes require less tooth preparation than porcelain restorations, bonding may be an appropriate conservative alternative for certain patients.

Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening is designed to lighten natural tooth color and reduce certain types of staining.

Existing crowns, veneers, fillings, and other restorations do not whiten in the same way as natural teeth, which is why an evaluation can be important before beginning treatment.

Smile Design

Smile design involves evaluating multiple elements—not simply tooth color.
