Your Dental Trip. Personally Coordinated.
Traveling to Nogales for dental treatment? You don’t have to plan it alone.
At Prime Dental, we understand that traveling for dental care involves much more than scheduling an appointment.
You may be wondering how many appointments you’ll need, how long you should stay, whether your X-rays can be reviewed before you travel, what your estimated treatment costs may be, or how to coordinate different procedures during the time you have available.
That’s why we offer Personalized Patient Coordination at no additional cost for our patients.
From your first message to your arrival at Prime Dental, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact to help you organize your visit, communicate with our dental team, and prepare for your treatment.
Meet Gabriela, Your Personal Patient Coordinator
Hi, I’m Gabriela.
I work directly with our patients and dental team at Prime Dental, and I’ll personally help you coordinate your visit before you travel to Nogales.
You can send me your questions, available X-rays, previous treatment plans or estimates, and your possible travel dates.
I’ll help coordinate your information with our dental team, organize your appointments based on the treatment recommended by our doctors, and help you understand what to expect before you make your trip.
You focus on your smile. I’ll help you plan the rest.
How I Can Help You
1. Start Before You Travel
You don’t necessarily have to travel to Nogales just to start asking questions.
If you already have recent dental X-rays, photographs, a treatment plan, or an estimate from another dental office, you can send them to us before your visit.
I’ll help make sure the information you provide reaches the appropriate member of our dental team for preliminary review when possible.
Already have X-rays?
Send them before you travel.
Our dental team may be able to provide preliminary information about possible treatment needs before your in-person appointment.
2. Personalized Appointment Coordination
Some dental treatments require more than one appointment or more than one dental professional.
If you’re traveling from out of town, coordinating those appointments becomes especially important.
Once our dental team determines which appointments may be necessary, I’ll help coordinate your schedule based on:
Your treatment needs
The doctors or specialists you may need to see
Your available travel dates
The number of days you plan to stay
The appropriate timing between procedures
Laboratory or healing time when applicable
Our goal is to help make your visit as organized and efficient as reasonably possible while always respecting the clinical timing required for your treatment.
Coming From Out of Town?
Let’s Make Your Trip Count.
Many Prime Dental patients travel to Nogales from Arizona and other parts of the United States.
When you’re traveling several hours—or even flying in for treatment—your time matters.
Tell me:
Where are you traveling from?
When are you considering coming to Nogales?
How many days can you stay?
Do you already have X-rays?
Have you received a treatment plan from another dentist?
What is your main dental concern?
With this information, I can begin coordinating with our team before you arrive.
Whenever clinically possible, we’ll work to organize the necessary appointments around the time you have available.
Understand Your Treatment Before You Travel
One of the biggest concerns patients have when considering dental treatment away from home is uncertainty.
What treatment might I need?
How much could it cost?
How many appointments might be necessary?
How long should I plan to stay?
Will I need to return for another visit?
We want you to have as much information as reasonably possible before making your travel plans.
When appropriate, our dental team can review the records you provide and offer preliminary information regarding possible treatment options.
I can then help explain the next steps, coordinate appointments, and provide available estimated cost information.
Final diagnosis, treatment recommendations, timing, and fees are confirmed after the appropriate clinical evaluation.
Complimentary Online X-Ray Review

3. UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
We’ll contact you with the information that can reasonably be determined from the records provided, including possible next steps and estimated costs when available.
4. PLAN YOUR VISIT
If you decide to move forward, I’ll personally help coordinate your appointments based on your treatment needs and travel schedule.
NO COST · NO COMMITMENT · START BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Already Have a Treatment Plan From Your Dentist?
You Can Send That Too.
If another dentist has already provided a treatment plan or estimate, you’re welcome to send it along with your X-rays.
Perhaps you want to better understand the treatment.
Perhaps you’re considering a second opinion.
Or perhaps you simply want to know what options may be available at Prime Dental before traveling to Mexico.
Whatever the reason, you can start by sending us the information you already have.
Our goal is not to pressure you into treatment.
Our goal is to help you make an informed decision about your dental care.
One Person to Contact Throughout the Process
Traveling for healthcare can feel complicated when you don’t know who to contact.
At Prime Dental, you’ll have a personal point of contact.
That person is me.
Instead of wondering who to call when you have a question about your appointments, records, estimated costs, or upcoming visit, you can contact me directly.
I’ll help communicate with the appropriate members of our team and guide you through the coordination process.
Because sometimes what makes traveling for dental treatment easier isn't simply having a schedule.
It’s knowing there is someone on the other side helping you navigate it.
